I'm not someone who uses words like 'exceptional' unless I actually mean them. So, when I say that working with MAC TEAM was genuinely one of the better decisions we made, I mean that specifically. Not in a general way. What impressed me most was that they understood orthodontics. Not just business consulting, not just healthcare, but the actual mechanics of how an orthodontic practice functions. Patient flow, how doctors communicate or don't, what actually causes bottlenecks. That matters enormously, because if you don't understand the environment you're operating in, your solutions won't fit the problem. Theirs did.
