Amanda holds a business and social science degree and an MBA and brings over 25 years of experience in the dental industry across Europe, America, and ANZ.
Her expertise spans consultancy, project management, digitising patient journeys, and implementing best practices tailored to clinic needs.
Amanda has worked with leading dental and orthodontic companies, driving innovation from PMS solutions to AI. Amanda is dedicated to helping small businesses grow by understanding their unique goals and uncovering opportunities for improvement.
Outside of work, she enjoys sports and collecting antiques.
28 years of experience in the dental industry, starting as a dental technician in Scotland and advancing to complex surgical case planning in the UK's top hospital. With a postgraduate diploma in Maxillofacial prosthetics and technology, he transitioned to sales, working for Henry Schein, 3M, and Align Technology across multiple continents.
Receiving his teaching qualification, a postgraduate diploma in clinical education (EQF), in 2015. As head of sales training in the EMEA region, he developed innovative training programs and an industry-first diploma in Orthodontic Science. Since 2019, Rob has supported Align Technology in Australia, providing customised training to help dental professionals achieve their goals.
Living on the Gold Coast, Rob enjoys jet skiing and occasional karaoke. Rob is recognisable by his white glasses and flowery shirts.
