Our orthodontic team recently undertook the DISC assessment training with MAC TEAM consulting.

We found that completing the DISC assessments prior to the training day was incredibly insightful. We had a lot of fun comparing personality styles. There was lots of talk around the practice about everyone’s DISC profile and this self-awareness task was incredibly intriguing. 

The training day was extremely well run, enjoyable and very engaging. We learnt about the four DISC personality types and how they all fit together within the running of a practice.
